On floors that are needing a more aggressive approach to rejuvenation, sanding and refinishing may be the best option. During your initial consultation, we will assess your floors and discuss with you your desired outcome. Then we will create a tailored plan specifically designed for your floors.

A typical sand and refinish entails a rough sanding, fine sanding, application of sealer and 1-2 coats of finish. During the sanding process we use a dust containment system, leaving your space virtually dust-free. We also recommend Bona Traffic water based finish on most floors. Bona is known for creating products that are certified for indoor air quality.
